  They make you sign a contract to stay as a tourist for few days

  Liked: The apartment is big enough for three people. The location is good, nice neighborhood and central

  Disliked: They made me sign a contract the day before the check in as if I was renting, saying that I was not staying for touristic purposes. Which is not true BUT I have already payed and signing that contract was part of the check-in. I don't think that's even legal. Ay least they should announce on booking. I felt trapped since the payment (1500 euros) was already done

  Location beats everything in Madrid

  Liked: Location location location Absolutely spot on Customer support was brilliant

  Disliked: Just a couple of things would improve the appartment: Tin opener Mirror in bedroom Reduce the noise of air con in bedroom

  Modern, Clean and Convenient place to stay

  Liked: The location was great. Very central and safe. Could get a bit noisy sometimes but if you close the windows you can hardly hear a thing. Love the area. Great bars as soon as you get out. A grocery was also very close to the property. Love the balcony. Love the vibe of the area. Love the amenities - AC and washing machine in particular. Love the fact that the building also had an elevator. We had some issues with the toilet flush but as soon as we reported it, they sent someone to fix it. Very efficient and very responsive.

  Disliked: Maybe a few items like the laundry soap and the dish washing soap be part of the amenities supplied. We stayed for 6 days and they only left one tablet each for the washing machine and the dishwasher. In the other places we stayed there were more than enough for our stay. I know it doesn't cost much but it was a bother to have to buy them. Same with basic kitchen supplies like coffee, tea, oil, salt and pepper. They could be a bit more generous with those little things.

  Liked: The apartment exceeded our expectations. The biggest advantage is the location – only a 5-minute walk to the Prado Museum and about 10 minutes to Retiro Park. Perfect for a family of 4, we stayed for 5 days and felt very comfortable. The apartment was fully equipped and had everything we needed. Clean, convenient, and a great base for exploring Madrid. Highly recommended!

  Liked: The location was very good, the apartment was in good condition, it had a small balcony. The apartment has all the necessary appliances. It was clean.

  Disliked: What I didn't like was the problem with the bathroom sink, the water was accumulating and not draining well into the drain. Because of this, it was constantly dirty. But the same problem wasn't in the shower. There were 2 large towels and 2 hand towels. When you stay 4 nights this amount is not enough and there should be a way to change them.
