  Liked: Close to the area sites, within g distance or you can take public transit. Clean. Comfortable. Certainly felt safe in the area.

  Disliked: Other places have put together a video showing the layout showing off the apartment, how to use the privacy screen(s), and any appliances. If you have a car, it's a bit tricky finding the entrance and not blocking traffic while getting the key for the apartment and garage opener. But it is doable.

  Liked: The apartment is very clean and nicely furnished. I really liked that it has a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals, as well as many useful amenities that make the stay comfortable, such as an iron, hair dryer, coffee machine, toaster, microwave, and washing machine. A nice touch was the small bottle of champagne waiting for us in the fridge. The location is well connected by public transport, with a metro station very close by. The neighborhood itself has everything you need, including shops, restaurants, and cafés.

  Disliked: On the downside, the apartment is located at street level, and the front part is almost entirely made of glass, which is not very soundproof. As a result, street noise is quite noticeable, and there is also a nightclub nearby, so the noise can be constant, especially at night. I would not recommend this apartment to light sleepers. Additionally, although the apartment is listed for 4 guests, it is more suitable for 3 people, or 4 if children are included. The sofa bed in the living room is too small to comfortably accommodate two adults when unfolded.

  I couldn’t sleep at all, terrible night

  Liked: modern and clean. good location

  Disliked: was on the ground level, originally was possibly a business location converted into a studio, so hard to sleep in the living room, as light from street comes in, I recommend curtains. The worse was the noise of the people on the street, it was impossible to escape until 6 am, impossible to sleep. Also the sofa bed is ideal for a single bed but too small for 2 people.

  Clean and a modern apartment located in a great neighbourhood ideal for a few days stay in Madrid

  Liked: The apartment is located in a great neighbourhood. Lots of restaurants, shops, cafes etc. I really loved the Bagel place right opposite the apartment, had awesome coffee and breakfast. Also must recommend a Hamburger joint, very cozy but superb food diagonally opposite. The apartment was very neat and clean, modern and was comfortable for the stay of 3 of us. Toilets were nice and clean. The bus stop is also a few mins of walk, so everything was accessible.

  Disliked: There is a bar next door, and in the weekends, you can hear loud conversations all night long. So if you are a light sleeper, you will need ear plugs.
