  We left after only two hours due to mold, ants and poor room conditions

  Liked: Good location with public transport nearby. Self check-in was easy.

  Disliked: The room had extensive mold covering a large part of the wall, and the smell of mold was noticeable even in the hallway. Another room also smelled damp. There were ants in the room, and the fan was not enough to keep the room cool. Because of these conditions, we left after only two hours and booked another accommodation.

  Liked: We paid €10 for early check-in and another €10 for late check-out. It was absolutely worth it and much better value than paying for luggage storage.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the fan in our room had a broken base and couldn't rotate, so we had to spend a hot night without proper airflow.

  Disliked: It's impossible to stay in Madrid during summer without AC. A fan is not gonna cool down a room when we're above 30 degrees outside. Try to sleep in hell, I guess

  A nice stay. Ok for 1 or 2 nights. Clean and tidy our room had air conditioning which was great

  Disliked: We didn’t have hot water to shower because the boiler was leaking badly. It would work ibut the boiler leaked

  DO NOT BOOK THERE ITS NOT SAFE!

  Liked: Nothing! It was so bad! Molt in the shower, wholes everywhere! No sleep sofa only a bed. No warm water since the boiler was broken and no help from booking or the owners!
