  Disappointing, the property was way below our expectations! We will think twice before reserving at any NH property!

  Liked: Some of the staff were nice and the location was good.

  Disliked: This hotel is very outdated, and even falling apart. The walls were old and some visible cracks, and the room was humid, dark and the bed was very uncomfortable. The bathroom was small and the shower door was falling apart. The restaurant was decent but my husband almost cut his mouth with a broken glass! The restaurant staff didn’t seem to care about it. Price -wise this hotel was far overpriced compared to the local hotels given its condition.

  We had a real good time and enjoyed having Madrid for us since a lot of people were on vacation

  Disliked: Nothing I disliked, I would stay there again on my next visit.

  Great place in the heart of Salamanca

  Liked: My preferred hotel in the area, I stay here every time I’m in Madrid. Great location, rooms are clean and comfy.

  Disliked: As mentioned, I stay here at least twice a year for at least 5 nights. And every time at breakfast time, the staff service is bad. They are continuously bitching to each other about working conditions or daily lives and customer service is poor. There needs to be more supervision and training for servers.
