  all together a good value for money

  Liked: I liked that there was an intelligent lock and the access was very easy...I was a bit stressed after reading the reviews,but I actually enjoy when I am not depending on a key holder to open the property or hand over the keys I liked that it has all shops and coffee places around,as well as public transport. it was decently clean

  Disliked: I didn't like the AC...very noisy and not enough for the upper part of the property..while the ones sleeping downstairs were freezing,the ones up were baking! There is nothing to clean the floor and we saw a few cockroaches running around

  Liked: The apartment is very clean, near to Aldi and our favourite cafeteria. Location is away from the center, however transport is very efficient.

  Disliked: A kettle would be nice.

  Never again using this place, no communication and no responses. Had to call to get cancellation

  Liked: No response from accommodation to arrange time to drop key off.

  Disliked: Organisation and communication. If someone has an apartment listed, they should respond and accept bookings instead of having non refundable places with no way to get in touch.

  A very nice stay in a cozy apartment for 4 people. Zero communication with the host, though

  Liked: A very cozy apartment with all the equipment needed for a short stay. Clean and comfortable. 5 minutes walk from the metro station. Easy to access city center. Check-in was easy with the mobile app, just make sure you have internet connection.

  Disliked: Communication with the host was terrible, they do not respond to any of your enquiries. You just receive probably an automatic message with the check-in instructions and that’s all.

  Wanted to like this place but felt unsafe/unclean

  Liked: I wanted to like this place, it has serviceable decor. Location was next to the venue for the concert we were there for. Floor was clean. Room was huge, but there are no doors so if you are sharing you will have no privacy.

  Disliked: When you check in you are given the access codes for both apartments the owner has. Our neighbor had issues entering their apartment, no staff was on site or contactable to help them. I tried to help, and gave them my access code to their door, which worked - why I have access to their apartment I don't know - but this then gave them access to my apartment door lock, which is unsafe. As far as the facilities, the shampoo that was provided was a tiny packet, and too small to use. There were flies everywhere, the bed didn't feel clean, there was some weird brown/black substance on the wall. The drains didn't work well. No laundry detergent was given despite having a washer. Only one towel was large enough to use.
