Our stay here was great! The location and the cleanliness trumped the minor things that we didn’t like. The staff was al

Liked: The location was incredible and the staff was very nice and helpful.

Disliked: We had some issues with the AC the first night but eventually got it to work luckily and the bed wasn’t as comfortable as we wanted but it really wasn’t as bad.

Liked: I loved the location was amazing! And the staff was super friendly.

Disliked: The room didn’t seem that clean and there was a weird smell to it. It might be the scent they use but it was just an odd smell. The couch felt a bit run down. The floor was a bit sticky. The bathroom was ok. The bed was not that comfortable and sheets were not the best. The washer they had was only a washer and not dryer, so we had to air dry our clothes.

Clean, well maintained, and front desk staff were attentive

Liked: The location was perfect as it off of Grab Vie but not on the Gran Vie. Room was clean and fully stocked kitchen. Staff were attentive and were on the ball with our reservation. Polite and professional.

Disliked: We wish we rented the 1 bedroom rather than the studio. Great for 1 person but a bit cramped for a couple. I kept hitting my head on the slanted roof to get to the closet and I’m 5’4”. Also, there is a couple of steps to get to the front desk and elevator from the front door, a small ramp might be helpful.
