  Minimal accommodations for the location

Liked: Handy location to Royal Palace and Botín.

Disliked: Confusing entrance location, small room with no view, no amenities. Very basic.

  Beautiful!

Liked: The location was perfect, the building has lots of character and lovely having the balcony view. The room was spacious and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and nothing too much trouble. Sad to leave. They keep hold of your suitcase if too early for airport. The water in the fridge along with prosecco was great and tea coffee milk and sugar was refilled every day. The room can be cleaned everyday if you want. Very clean.

Disliked: We found finding the entrance tricky as didn't stand out. We ended up in the wrong hotel but was next door and they took us through an adjoining door do wasn't a problem.
