Great location, disappointing service from the concierge

Liked: The location is outstanding. So we’re the restaurant/bar areas

Disliked: The swimming pool was freezing cold and very small. The concierge booked two trips/reservations on my behalf and made a mistake on both. As a result, we were delayed on a city tour and almost missed an amazing dinner reservation.
