  Lovely hotel in the heart of Madrid

  Liked: Lovely family room, excellent brakfast, kind staff, very good location walking distance to main sight seeing. Also the metro and bus are very close.

  Disliked: The area where hotel is very lively, infront many bars where young people gather especially at night, so it can be bothering when sleeping.

  Excellent boutique hotel in a perfect location

  Liked: Very friendly staff, great breakfast and a horel in a perfect location in Madrid for visiting major attractions (Royal Palace, Prado) and for shopping.

  Disliked: It did not have a gym.

  The staff was incredibly friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant

  Liked: The staff was incredibly friendly, both at the front desk and in the restaurant. My dad has difficulty walking, and the staff went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable and had everything he needed. The beds were very comfortable, the neighborhood was beautiful, and we really enjoyed exploring the nearby restaurants. We had a wonderful stay and truly appreciated the excellent service!

  Nice place to stay when in Madrid

  Liked: Large room size. Very clean but beginning stages of aging. A few maintenance issues occurring. Breakfast buffet probably THE BEST in all of Madrid! Entire staff Very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: Aging not gracefully. Need s some maintenance and updating.

  Convenient location to metro, clean rooms, great breakfast

  Liked: Great location, close to Metro. Walk around to experience Madrid. Ideal for business stay. Will also stay there for holiday - easy access to Gran Via Great breakfast.

  Disliked: Not a big deal, but one of my collogues did not have a coffee machine in his room. No spare available.
