  Overpriced, and very small room. Room was too hot and nothing the staff could do other than a fan

  Great location but not good value for money

  Liked: The location

  Disliked: It was tired, scuff mark in the headboard by the lights and on the window sills in the bar area and there were issues with cleanliness, I found hairs in the bathroom. There were no tissues in the bathroom and no full length mirror

  Not a palace!

  Liked: Exterior facade, good breakfast.

  Disliked: Appalling decor and tasteless, cheap furnishings. Not many eating choices in the immediate area.

  We staid for 6 nights and general comfort was good

  Liked: Well situated

  Disliked: We had to ask for a change of room because there was a leak in the bathroom ceiling and a terrible odor of urine in the bathroom. The staff was very quick and willing to facilitate another room. The hotel is ecofriendly which means mo boxes of tissues are standard in the rooms. Upon request we hot some individually wrapped tissues. Breakfast was very good, gluten free bread available on request but packaged goods.

  Great location. Fantastic breakfast!!

  Liked: We loved the location. Within walking distance, there are restaurants, the subway, and shops. It's very convenient. Fantastic breakfast with a lot of variety!!

  Good location and quiet room

  Liked: Great central location and quiet room with large comfortable bed

  Disliked: Reception was very dirty on arrival. Floor looked like it needed a good sweep and mop. A terrible first impression. The fit out in room And on doors etc as decoration is very dated and unappealing. Feels like a youth hostel rather than a hotel.
