  Liked: Location, purity and relative novelty. Also at night quietly! Pillows are great for sleep

  Disliked: Only one very little bottle of water was waiting 4 people at the apartments. If you provide a complimentary water so do it property 1 bottle for 1 person, or 1 big bottle! Or if you can not do it, so don’t provide nothing.

  Disliked: The only thing I didn’t like was that the towels were only changed after four days. I think they should be changed at least every two days without any extra charge.

  Disliked: NOT PET-FRIENDLY. TERRIBLE RECEPTION SERVICE. MISLEADING PARKING INFORMATION. After six hours on the road, we expected at least a friendly welcome. Instead, we were met by sour faces at reception and immediately told that we might not be allowed to check in because we did not have our small dog’s vaccination certificate and pet passport with us. For almost an hour, they were deciding whether they would let us into the room we had already booked. In five years of travelling with our dog, this was the FIRST hotel that ever demanded these documents. After leaving this hotel, we travelled through another seven cities and stayed in several hotels. Not a single one asked for them. So if you travel with a dog, read the conditions very carefully before booking. This hotel may technically accept pets, but it is absolutely NOT pet-friendly. After check-in, we were given a list of rules, including that the dog cannot be left alone in the room. Seriously? People come to Madrid to visit restaurants, museums, shops and attractions. You cannot take a dog everywhere. So what exactly is the point of advertising that pets are allowed if the dog cannot stay in the room while the owners go out? Then there is the parking. We arrived on Friday afternoon and were told that hotel parking costs €28 per day and that parking nearby would cost around €30–40 per day. That was simply not true. Directly opposite the hotel there is parking that can be booked online for around €25 per day. There were also plenty of free street spaces during the weekend, with street parking becoming free after certain hours and free on Sunday. Reception mentioned none of this and instead tried to convince us that there were no cheaper options. We also asked to pay for one day of hotel parking since we arrived around 5 p.m. They told us we would still have to remove the car by 12 noon the next day. So what exactly are you paying €28 for? My advice: do not automatically book the hotel parking.

SERVICES: A baby kit suitable for children under 1 year and weighing less than 15 kg, is available on request. The kit includes a cot with 1 bed sheet and a high chair for infants aged from 6 months old. Extra charges applied (from 35€) Towels and linen bed are changed every 4 days. Guests must clean the kithcen before checking out. A free cleaning kit with essentials is provided.

When travelling with pets, please note that an extra charge applies: 15 EUR per pet and per day. Please note that pets weighing less than 10 kg are allowed. 1 pet allowed per apartment. They must always present their vaccination certificate. Category 1 and 2 of dogs, not accepted.

The swimming pool is open during summer season (from 20 June to 15th September). Subject to possible changes depending on the weather.

BOOKING CONDITIONS: When booking more than 4 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Please note that the service charge (1€) applies to all bookings and it is not refundable. Babies count towards the total capacity of the property. Parties exceeding the maximum capacity of the apartment are not allowed. PARKING: 28€ per day - 140€ per week.
