Liked: Great location, property is exactly as seen on photos! We had an issue with the shower and they came the same day to fix it quickly.

  Liked: location

Disliked: We checked in 5 mins late even if we were there before 3pm, no one accommodated and informed us how to check in. The host already new we were waiting outside the apartment 230pm. Came pass 3pm nobody was there to have us check in. I had to give them a call to remind them we were waiting outside. During this time it was very hot.

  Interesting experience in Salamanca district

Liked: Location was great, access to the appartment super simple, very nice and stylish finishes, very comfortable bedrooms and beds. Great advice from the owners what to do and where to eat/shop for food. Very good and quick contact with the owners. There is a locker in the neighbourhood too to store the luggage before going to the airport.

Disliked: Living room is with kitchen and very small and dark, without daily light. No table to eat or work on, just a narrow and short bar bench. All windows are interior ones so there is no view on the street just onto courtyards. Compared to other places I stayed we missed some cleaning supplies and basic spices such as S+P.

Despite the short comings we enjoyed the stay

Liked: Location. The beds and bathrooms were great. Responsive communications.

Disliked: The floors were dusty. The heat boiler was not on when we arrived. We had to climb a ladder, which we could not find and used a stool. Trial and error to get the correct heat. The walls were very thin making it hard to go to sleep.
