  Great located apartment for visiting all Madrid has to offer. Very happy with our stay and recommend it for a comfortabl

  Liked: We stayed as a family of four in the apartment for a week. The location is AMAZING for visiting Madrid. We walked everywhere to visit the sites just 5-15mins - Prado, Retiro Park next door, Reno’s Sofia, plaza Mayor, Gran Vil, Salamanca area. Couldn’t ask for better spot to visit the city. Also next door supermarket and nearby lots of decent places to eat. Having the kitchen, which was well equipped worked well when we could drop in for lunch or rest between site visits. Entry and exit to the property was super easy with the automatic entry system sent before we arrived. We were cautious not to be too noisy as this is a residential apartment and neighbors were courteous.

  Disliked: Overall the apartment was great. Rooms, beds, towels all clean and good and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped and super handy to stop for lunch. Only the Sofa and floor not super clean (an oversight of the cleaners) but we mentioned this and owner offered to send cleaners. Other people mentioned some noise from school or garage door. Overall it is right in city center so you can expect some noises. There is an international school behind and drop off is around 9am but it didn’t really bother us. Occasionally some noise from the back street but overall the location (right in the heart of the city) far outweighed those issues for us. The master bedroom was very quiet. Only the smaller front bedroom is closer to the street but generally no big disturbances and was okay for my nearly teens to sleep even through school drop off time. I did not take photos but the photos are fairly accurate.

  Family stay in Madrid

  Liked: The apartment was new, clean, well-equipped, and spacious. Having two bathrooms was very convenient for us. The location was also excellent—close to everything. We also used the TV, which is new and supports all the apps.

  Disliked: As the apartment is on the first floor, it is a bit uncomfortable to uncover the windows. However, if you’re sightseeing all day, this is not a major issue. For us, the noise at night was disturbing—trucks were regularly loading or removing trash until the morning. We’re not sure if this is a permanent issue or just happened while we were there. In the morning, there is some noise from the nearby school, but it only appears before 8 a.m., so it’s not a big problem. For taller people, the bed lengths might be an issue, as they seem shorter than usual.

  This is a recommended homestay, clean, cozy and in a great location

  Liked: The location is perfect, many nice restaurants and shops surrounded. The room is very new, decorated comfortably and habitably, and the equipment is all quite user-friendly.The instruction for entering the gate is clear and straightforward, making it convenient and quick.

  Disliked: The only point that concerns us a bit is that the landlord asks us to take out the trash. Actually, we have traveled in Europe for many times, but this is the first time such a request has been made. Without this requirement, the experience might be more pleasant for us.

  Liked: Nice large flat, very clean, very modern, comfortable. Great location, walking distance to the train station, close to two metro stations, etc.

  Disliked: - It would be nice to have some basics ready, like salt, oil.. They do provide little bottles of shampoo and shower gel, and a small package of 1 rubbish bag, 1 dishwasher capsule, 1 washing machne capsule, small bottle of washing up liquid.. a bit more would have been useful for a 4 day stay. - While in general it's a fairly quiet place, it occasionally had some very loud noise. I'm not sure what it is, first I thought it was some pipe noise or something, but due to the ending sound that sounds like doors closing, I think it's probably the lift of the adjoint building. Really annoying when trying to put a child to sleep.
