There were issues with airconing and window in one bedroom the host is unresponsive

  Liked: Location is good

Disliked: I have booked this accommodation for around €1500 per night but it turned out a disaster. The management is so irresponsible. The air conditioning was not working in bedrooms although it’s winter and around 0 degrees at night( and in one bedroom the window was not able to be closed so wind kept coming). There was no instructions left about the air conditioning so we tried to contact the host, but we haven’t get any reply until the next day morning although they claim they work till 12am and reachable through after hour phone. It’s was so cold that we and the kids couldn’t sleep well at night because the blanket is so thin.
