  The apartement was the perfect place for our 4 day-stay in Madrid!

  Liked: The location of the apartement is exceptional, you cannot stay more central in Madrid. The view from the terrace is something you will not forget. The apartment was very clean and it had everything we needed.

  Disliked: Be prepared for a long climb up the stairs to the top floor. In any case the view you get is worth it!

  Think 3 times before renting here! It is absolutely not worth the price or your health

  Liked: Its proximity to Plaza Mayor.

  Disliked: We had to check out after just 1 night, (5 nights paid for). Absolutely not worth the high price. Broken, worn out, unsanitary. We immediately found; exposed wiring, sewer smell in the bathroom and kitchen, broken toilet, wet towels in the bathroom, numerous stains on couch with old tissues in between the cushions, broken terrace furniture, blood like drips and smears on terrace floor, 1 sheet used as a blanket, 5 flights of stairs to the apartment. The host has never replied to us after check in. We have been completely ignored since we reached out with all these concerns the very next day. Our money was taken, and we were ghosted after we had to leave. We then had to pay for another stay elsewhere.

  Great apartment overlooking Plaza de Mayor

  Liked: The apartment is in a great location at Plaza de Mayor. The rooftop terrace is what makes this location amazing. The unit was clean and the host was helpful in getting us in to the property. Nice little kitchen area where you can cook meals while your staying in the unit.

  Disliked: With the location being historic, there is no elevator, so you will get your steps in getting up to the top floor for that amazing view. Just know going in, that you need to carry your luggage up to the top floor for that amazing view.

  Liked: I would like to thank the host for their quick response to my last-minute booking, it was greatly appreciated. The apartment is very well located, with everything easily accessible on foot. Even though it is centrally located on a well-known square, it is very quiet at night with no disturbances. The terrace is a real bonus, perfect for enjoying breakfast in the sun. I highly recommend this place and would gladly stay again if I am in the area.
