  Our experience at this hotel was great and we really enjoyed it!

  Liked: Breakfast was excellent, abundant and delicious. There was all kind of food. Hotel and room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Location was walking distance (about 20 to 25 mins) to the restaurants and shopping centres.

  Disliked: The only disappointment we had was the shower mixer. It was quite difficult to control the temperature of the water. We strongly recommend the hotel to think about this problem. As it is a pity that i have to complain about this when all the other things were excellent.

  Disliked: Although our reservation clearly stated that we were a family travelling with young children, the oldest being 12 years old, and we requested either two connecting rooms or two rooms located close to each other, we were given rooms on the same floor but at completely opposite ends of the building.

  Great hotel, good value for money

  Liked: Great location for exploring Madrid. 20min walk to the Palace and Cathedral. Easy chess to Metro and buses.
