  Happy to recommend

Liked: Hotel offered dinner on an evening of our choice for a set price. It was excellent. Location near the Gran Via was great, close to the Metro and a 10 minute walk to the Latin area. Everything on your doorstep.

Disliked: Breakfast was good but could have been better for a 4 star hotel

Liked: Fab location, v helpful staff. Upgraded my single room to luxurious larger one. Cafe Varela although beautiful, wasn’t quite as exceptional food and service as I expected but can’t fault hotel.

  Disliked: See Cafe V comments
