  Neighborhood is not convenient, Very expensive for Condition

  Liked: Early check in. Okay breakfast.

  Disliked: I was told I needed a code to get in but I did not. They didn’t answer messages for weeks. Room 205 opens onto a patio with three nasty barking dogs. Very loud construction outside until after midnight. Ikea furniture and hard bed. Sloppy repairs on walls and water stains on the floor. Wrong wifi code taped to a shelf.

  Liked: mostly location, 8 min. walk to Santiago Bernabeu stadium and Madrid Metro station...from there you can anywhere! Room 105 excellent for two persons and bed matrass was very confortable

  Good, clean and comfortable place in a quiet location, nice and secure, except don’t pay for breakfast. Plenty of eateri

Good to know

Pets with a maximum weight of 15 kilos are allowed and with a daily supplement of €15 per day. The conditions are that they request it in advance before arrival and they cannot stay alone at any time, nor can they stay in the common areas and avoiding the inconvenience of barking to other guests. The payment of the pet will be made in the establishment itself. Any damage caused by the pet will be charged to the bank card that will be subject to your reservation, the holder of the reservation being responsible.

Payment for the reservation will be made at the time of check-in. Leaving a card attached to secure any supplement in your stay. A security pre-authorization will be made the day before the arrival date to guarantee your reservation.
