Liked: Everything, the staff the amazing location
Pretty good experience in general
Liked: It is in a privileged position. The room was awesome!
Disliked: I paid fir a 2 bedroom one but they gave me a single bed. It is true that I did an early check in and the room was ready but I think I paid to much for it.

Liked: The location is great and might be the best in gran via!! The room we got was spacious compared to all the hotel I’ve stayed in in Europe. Even though it directly on Gran Via, it was quiet and we can sleep. I’m shocked how this property is 3 stars. It is better than many 4 star hotels.

Liked: Great location, beautiful balcony
Disliked: Rooms were not soundproof at all, could hear all sorts of hallway noises and outside noise. The TV had no English channels. Would've liked to see breakfast included!
