  Good location, safe, and nice nearby cafes/bars. Close to the park. Close to metro

  Liked: East access to the building, everything you need in a small apartment. Safe neighbourhood.

  Disliked: Needed a mirror in the bedroom, just one mirror in the showroom meant if someone was in the shower, there was no where to do hair/makeup in the bedroom. Easy to fix

  Disliked: The fact that they charged me outside Bonking.com app (using their own system) a 250€ warranty deposit. I am still waiting to get it back.

  Great location. Close to everything. But very small bathroom and street noise is unberable

  Liked: The location is great

  Disliked: The bathroom is way too small and uncomfortable. And the noise on the street with 2 garbage pick ups at 2 and 4 in the morning, and the bars close by was unbearable. I didn't have one good night sleep.
