  It didn’t happen due to cancellation!

  Liked: Nothing

  Disliked: Management - we found out that our reservation was cancelled as we arrived! Management points towards booking.com and booking.com points toward management - what a farce!!!

  The location and price makes it worthy

  Liked: Location is superb, overall quality of the apartment is good.

  Disliked: Nobody warned us before arrival that the apartment door lock had been broken for weeks, so during our entire stay we had to ask the receptionist to open the door every time. That was both annoying and felt somewhat insecure. Overall, the apartment is nice, but it clearly needs some restoration and maintenance. The only two pillows provided were small, thin, and very uncomfortable.

  Very Good apartment in Madrid

  Liked: Mr Yuri is a very nice and friendly Owner, he did a very well and patient to guide us regarding the apartment facilities, appreciate it. this apartment is located in a very good and convenience location, few minute walk to supermarket (carrefour express), metro station, you can easy walk to retiro garden and many attraction around Madrid. we are enjoy so much during stay. will recommend to my friend and i will come back if i visit again Madrid.

  Very small apartment for two people

  Liked: The licacion is very good. The apartment is located in a building of the apartment hotel type. The furniture is relatively new. It is significantly smaller than what is stated in the description of the apartment.

  Disliked: The apartment is 30m2 in size and suitable for 2 people. The kitchen is very small, it has a small sudo machine that did not work. I reported to the boss that he was not working, but he did not react. There is a small dining table and 1 chair which means that only 1 person can have breakfast while the other has to wait. There is a wardrobe in the bedroom. there is only 1 small wardrobe in the kitchen, which is enough for a couple of days. For a long stay there is not enough storage space. The apartment is connected by an internal door to another apartment and the insulation between the apartments is very poor. It is very unpleasant to listen to the conversation of the people in the apartment next to you because you can hear every word.
