  It was great living with this hotel in the heart of Madrid. Fantastic location

  Liked: Location was vertically located. Staff were cooperative and helpful. Room was big with sufficient of waters. I enjoyed.

  Disappointed and not worth the money

  Disliked: The hotel was incredibly expensive from what you get, we paid €979 for three nights for three people. The single bed was on wheels and moved a lot. We got one small bottle of water and one Werther's Original sweet. The towel did not dry very well and there were no toiletries except a cheap hand soap pump you would find in a bar. Location good for walking to the Palace and shops but I would not stay again. On my last morning still in bed a woman came to change the thermostat, I said I was in bed on a call and she said it would only take a minute and that she was there so she would do it now rather than come back later when I checked out, as a result when she left the heating came on and the room heated up! The lifts also did not work well this weekend. I would recommend staying elsewhere based on our poor experience.
