  Nice stay in a great location

  Liked: There was plenty of room for everyone, the rooms were comfortable and quiet. Facilities were good although the ground floor apartment could do with a new shower head! The rooms could benefit from a safe for valuables, but other than that, all good, plenty of room for all 13 of us. No complaints from all in our group, everything on point. Location was also good for getting around Madrid.

  All was good, very clean and centrally located

  Liked: All was good, very clean and centrally located. Walking distance to several amenities, restaurants and shops

  Disliked: The only thing is that it was quite dark as the window overlooked the inside of the building corridor. Also when contacted the hosts to request an extra blanket they didn’t come back till the last night

  Disliked: We have trqvelled extensively in a wide range of accommodation. This was not up to the standard we expected for the price! An ol9der couple 70s we felt we should have been advised of the stairs prior to booking. The photos did not match the apartment giving a larger and more pleasing appearance than the actuality.. the TV was basic and should be upgraded. The couch was falling apart. Needless to stay we enjoyed pur stay in Madrid ans found Roisa Centro cosy once we adjusted our expectations

  Clean, functional and in a great location

  Liked: Stayed for one night in Madrid at the start of a longer holiday, and it was perfectly adequate for our requirements. Great location in the centre of Madrid - we walked everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean and tidy and the beds were comfortable. We had 5 bedrooms, some of which were much bigger than others.

  Disliked: The apartment was laid out along a big corridor, with a couple of large bedrooms and 3 much smaller ones. All were comfortable but there wasn't much atmosphere to the place. Two shower rooms, a tiny kitchen with minimal facilities and a space with a large table and chairs to sit and eat. No other living area to relax in. Didn't really match any of the images on booking.com. Fine for one night it was fine, but wouldn't have wanted to stay there for much longer
