  An ok stay

Liked: Apartment is clean and has everything you need for your stay. Host is responsive and available for any questions you may have during your stay.

Disliked: Location: The apartment is located in a very narrow street at basically street level. Anybody can look into your apartment when walking by so curtains/blinds must remain drawn all the way for privacy. Apartment is located in front of a garage so it can get noisy quite early in the morning. Apartment: The apartment walls are not soundproof, so you will hear your neighbors quite clearly at all hours. Water system: The apartment has a water heater with a capacity of 80L. Considering that a normal shower takes about 30-50L, having hot water for several consecutive showers can be a problem, as it was for us. And this was WITHOUT letting the water run to heat up, as suggested by host as a possible reason. Not very convenient for a group.

  Noisy stay

Liked: Easy contactless check-in/out. Enough amenities for a short stay. Comfy yet narrow double bed.

Disliked: Noise. The apartment had extremely poor sound insulation — whether the windows were open or closed, the noise level remained high. Being on the ground floor right in front of an auto repair shop made it even worse. Constant loud noises, doorbells, and every sound from inside and outside made for several sleepless nights. Unfortunately, this really affected our stay. The neighborhood felt unwelcoming and far from any points of interest, needed at least 30min of traveling by metro and/or bus to reach something.

  Very good

Liked: "The apartment was clean and very well equipped. The price is reasonable. I recommend it.

Disliked: "The location is outside the city, and it takes 30-40 minutes to get there by metro. The apartment is opposite a car repair shop, and it gets noisy early in the morning.
