  Most delightful

  Liked: The position was ideal to start with. But also, it was quite close to 2 main stations where you can get Linea 1. And there were lots of authentic Cervecarias nearby for tapas. The keyless system was so easy to use. Simply via an app.

  Disliked: One concern I did have was the need for 6 digit code every time I wanted to enter my room. I got up to use the bathroom one night and nearly closed the door behind me. I of course didn’t have my phone on me so I would have been locked out of my room with no means of contacting anyone. I think on arrival it should be recommended for customers to memorise the code to avoid being locked out.

  Liked: Everythng was super clean, thought through and well organized

  Disliked: the room door handles make sound evry time you enter the code, so when someone enters their room at night, it's quite loud and there is no way to avoid this

  Great location and clean, but a little noisy

  Liked: Perfect spot near Chamartín station and Plaza Castilla. It made getting around Madrid so easy. The place was also very clean. Check-in was all done by phone, which was quick and smooth!

  Disliked: The room is in a shared flat and it was quite noisy. I could hear noise from the street traffic, which you could kind of expect. But I could also hear the other people moving around inside the flat.
