  Liked: Good kitchen facilities and never had to wait for a bathroom. Decent bed for a hostel, though bed 3 I'm the female dorm be ready to hit your head on the light every time you move or try to get on and off bed. Room size is decent for number of people.

  Disliked: Overall the place was fine, but had some inconsiderate people coming in the middle of the night and turning room lights on rather than using a phone or lamp. Also the door code talked every time going in the room, which when the main door one doesn't not sure why the room door ones do as when people are trying to sleep the additional noise is annoying (even with earplugs in).

  Not clean At all

  Disliked: Unfortunately, I had a very unpleasant stay. I paid €400 for one night, expecting basic accommodation that was, at the very least, clean. Instead, I woke up to find bedbugs. This is a serious hygiene and public health concern. Beyond the bites and distress bedbugs can cause, there is a risk of carrying them home or to my next accommodation through my luggage and belongings, potentially spreading the infestation to other people and places. Dealing with this can also involve significant cleaning and pest-control costs. Regardless of whether a property is a hostel or a hotel, guests should be able to expect basic standards of hygiene and a pest-free place to sleep—especially at €400 per night, which was far from cheap. The staff were also unfriendly, adding to an already upsetting experience. I submitted a refund request through Booking.com, but the property has yet to respond. Given the seriousness of the issue and its potential consequences beyond my stay, this lack of response is deeply disappointing.

  Overall, a good-for-value hostel that is close to every major location in Madrid!

  Liked: The location of the hostel was close to every major spot in the city! We also loved the cozy interior of the coworking and coliving spaces.

  Disliked: The showers weren't super clean, which made sense due to the discretion of every guest. I also didn't like that the entrance smelled quite pungent, like the air refreshener was covering a bad smell.
