  Liked: It was clean and with all needed kitchen appliances for a short stay. Easy to find and easy to enter. Good instructions provided by the host.

  Disliked: The entrance is directly on the sidewalk level, and there are no windows that can be open. The only window is facing the street and is covered with a non-transparent film, so the entire apartment feels a bit claustrophobic. The inside stairs are very narrow and steep. The apartment is not in a walking distance to the major attractions of Madrid, although there are good connections with a public transport.

  Not a good stay. The ants, the broken items and the careless owner/managers. Will not stay again

  Liked: First floor, quiet neighborhood, air conditioning, good size for a family of 3.

  Disliked: Pull out couch was broken, hard to sleep on with toddler. Bathroom had ants. Bathroom fan barely worked. Not super clean even though it had been cleaned with bleach and we had to air it out instead of them. I got a nose bleed from how strong it was we had to leave the apt for a while. Not a good stay but we didn’t have much of an option to not stay with a toddler and visiting family in the same neighborhood.

  We enjoyed our stay despite a few minor inconveniences

  Liked: The location was convenient and the room felt cozy and comfortable. The staff were warm and helpful throughout our stay. We also appreciated the friendly neighbors, which made the atmosphere even nicer. Overall, it was a pleasant and good-value stay.

  Disliked: The cleanliness could be slightly improved, and there was a temporary water outage during our stay, which was a bit inconvenient. Hopefully, this was just a one-time issue.

  Liked: We had some issues with the air conditioning during our stay. One night it started leaking water, so we had to turn it off. Fortunately, the next day a technician came and fixed it. The staff was always attentive and responded quickly to our concerns. However, the TV never worked during our stay. Despite these inconveniences, we appreciated the good customer service.
