Fantastic location in the centre of Madrid with a comfy bed and nice linens

Liked: Fantastic location in the centre of Madrid with a comfy bed and nice linens. The bathroom is a little small and so it won't suit people of all sizes. Check in and communication was easy although we weren't able to activate our electronic key before we arrived. Very convenient to the Opera station and surrounding area.

Disliked: This was the only booking we made on our recent trip to Spain where we received fake whatsapp messages after we booked - always check with the hotel in Booking before you respond to whatsapp messages from unknown numbers claiming to be from the hotel.

  Excellent location but small rooms

Liked: The location is excellent! Just around the corner and you are in the city center close to the metro, restaurants, shops and everything you might need. The coffee at the lobby was amazing, one of the best we had in Spain overall! The rooms are cleaned daily which is a nice touch.

Disliked: The rooms are quite small. There weren’t many photos of the bathroom and toilet and once we arrived we found out that they are basically in the room just in front of the bed with huge glass/mirror doors and walls. The doors of them also did not close entirely so the privacy in the room is basically non existent. Better be with a partner rather than a friend or family member as it might get quite uncomfortable and the other people should leave the room each time anyone needs a shower or using the toilet. Additionally the walls must be very thin as during the last night of the stay we could hear snoring from the other room next to us. That was quite inconvenient too.

Liked: The cleanliness of the room was not up to my expectations. I asked for a second wipe on the floor and it still seemed dirty.

Disliked: Also, the staff member who checked me in was not friendly.

Liked: Location was great, very central. the staff was amazing, the guy at the front desk gave us an upgrade. The price ratio to what you get is so worth it

Amazing location, really nice staff and delicious coffee

Liked: I liked everything about this hotel. The locations is in the middle of Madrid, the staff was amazing. The fact that they have a coffee shop at the reception, and you get a voucher every morning to get a coffee and a snack it is amazing. Next time I visit Madrid I will definitely choose this hotel.
