We will return to this hotel for its comfort, location and great gym

Liked: The staff were very helpful at check in. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Loved the gym facilities, very well equipped, clean and a nice ambiance with others working out in there as well.

Disliked: It didn’t always feel easy to get a coffee. We didn’t want a big breakfast in the morning, but I was able to buy a coffee as long as restaurant still open or if the bar was open.

  Disappointment

Liked: Good location, but disappointing overall experience The location is good, the room was clean, and the housekeeping staff were friendly and did a good job.

Disliked: Unfortunately, the rest of our experience was disappointing. We were woken up early in the morning by the fire alarm on two different days. The reception staff were generally unfriendly and unwelcoming. There was detox water in the lobby on the first day, but not during the rest of our stay. In the room, there was no kettle, tea or coffee, and even the complimentary water was only provided on the first day. Another strange thing was that the duvets had no proper covers. Overall, apart from the location, cleanliness and housekeeping staff, there wasn't much we enjoyed about this hotel. We expected better for the price we paid.
