  Liked: Location and cleanliness

  Disliked: The ad on booking.com showed one apartment only, and the photos in the ad showed a roof top terrace. We felt extremely disappointed upon arrival that the rooftop terrace belonged to a different apartment in a different building. The terrace was a key reason for choosing the apartment, so we felt very misguided

  Nice apartment for family stay

  Liked: Large spacious two bed (both doubles) apartment with separate living space and two bathrooms. Apartment was spotless, modern and well furnished with everything we needed. Complementary cava on arrival was a lovely treat. Cleaning pack with washing tablets etc was appreciated for a two night stay. Couple extra coffee pods would have been good. Two supermarkets across the road and lots of cafes, bars, restaurants around. Close enough to walk into city and tourists spots. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: We weren’t aware that luggage storage was at the sister hotel Akeah further down the street at 48 but all sorted once we spoke to someone. It would have been lovely to be able to use the hotel pool without having to buy a day pass at €55 per person.

  Stayed 4 nights in October for a family trip. Great location, 10 min walk to theaters and flamenco and Gran Via

  Clean, convenient location and cool!

  Liked: Great location with grocery store across the street and several good cafes very close by. Location to city central was great. Walkable but also very close to bus and metro stops. These were convenient when it was 90+ degrees! Apartment was quite clean and mostly quiet. Loved having 2 bathrooms. One for us and one for the kids. A/C was very nice to come back to after hot days walking around the city! Would stay here again.

  Disliked: Uncomfortable couch/sitting area as others have mentioned but also pretty minor.
