Liked: Fantastic find for Madrid 2026. Loved my room, super clean and comfortable with a beautiful view of this the most special of cities. Coffee and cuidados were much appreciated. So good to be able to pop in and out while still out and about on the tapas tour. Can't wait to be back viva España 😊

Very disappointed so we would not recommend a

Liked: The location was good and the bed comfortable. Front desk staff very nice too.

Disliked: Firstly it’s not 4 star and badly needs walls to be painted and towels very thin. We had a bath whereas picture showed a walk in shower and as we had difficultly with mobility that wasn’t ideal. Corridors dark and the whole hotel lets the soho hotel group down as we have stayed in others and they far exceed this one.

Liked: Perfect location near the Callao metro station and Gran Vía. You can also walk to Puerta del Sol in under 10 minutes. From there, you can travel to and from the airport by train in 45 minutes for only €2.60 each way. A nice room in itself, but showing significant signs of wear and tear. The bathtub plug was missing, and unfortunately, the reception had no solution for this either; they offered nothing more than an apology for the inconvenience.

Disliked: The breakfast buffet is at € 17 per person relatively expensive. Nearby, there are many places where you can enjoy a Spanish breakfast for much less money.
