  Liked: I like that it was easy to communicate with the staff in terms of checking in and accommodating us to store our luggage somewhere until check in

  Disliked: The apt smelled like sewage, the couch was nasty, the AC didn't work, and the apt was not spacious at all. The pictures were deceiving. Also, it was not helpful that there was no elevator for people who have knee issues and lots of luggage.

  Spacious property

  Liked: Lovely spacious property, lots of room for 4 people and 2 bathrooms was a bonus. The market and Mercadona supermarket was a short walk away as well as the metro station which was on a direct line to central Madrid. Air conditioning was great in the heat.

  Liked: Close to metro and bus stations. Also close to Lidl and several other shops and restaurants.

  Disliked: The sofa in the leaving room quite incomfortable to sleep on. When it was opened very difficult to hop on and off especially for not such young persons.
