  A perfect hotel

Liked: It has a comfortable climate for the summer thanks to the air conditioning, everything is clean, the person who greets you in the suite is very friendly and all the spaces such as the kitchen and bathrooms are very comfortable, Furthermore, the hotel is located in a residential complex, so it feels very safe

Poor communication, no flexibility, and no refund despite being unable to check in

  Liked: The room looked clean.

Disliked: I lost my money because the property did not clearly communicate that check-in ended at 8:00 PM. I arrived at 8:30 PM and no one opened the door or offered any solution. They refused to refund my payment even though I could not access the room. This was very disappointing and left me without accommodation for the night. I would not recommend this property because of the poor communication and lack of customer service.

Dirty place with bad attitude staff

  Liked: Not much

Disliked: The staff had a bad attitude and kept threatening me to find me 25 euros if I came one minute after 8 pm for checking. In the end the person who came was delayed for 30 minutes and had a terrible attitude when I told her that it’s not fair for them to ask guests not be one minute late, yet reserve the right to be late themselves.
