Excellent choice for a great spot in Central Madrid

Liked: The location was fantastic. The communication and ease of entry was excellent. They contacted us after we had left to let us know we had left something of value, which we were then able to send someone to collect. That was much appreciated!

Don’t recommend anyone to stay here

Liked: This was the worst experience. I would never go back and don’t recommend anyone else to stay. Our room didn’t face any outside balcony, elevators do not go on 3rd and 4th floor, air conditioning didn’t work, staff is not helping and rude to help with early check-in by 40 mins. Bad customer service

Disliked: See above, facilities not as per advertised,

Amazing location. Conveniently located to a subway stop and multiple attractions

Liked: I am used to receiving keys or a door code - this was the first time using an app on my phone. I found it initially a little confusing, but by the second time I used it, it was fine. The app also allowed me to share access to the rest of my travelling family, which is incredibly convenient The location is amazing. Short walk from everything.

Disliked: The pillows were not that comfortable, but we were still able to get enough rest to enjoy the city
