  Generally a very pleasant experience

  Liked: The staff were super helpful and friendly. Common areas look cool and comfortable. The vibe in the hostel was really nice, and generally residents tried to respect each other's privacy and really tried to be quiet in the room, even when packing.

  Disliked: Mostly minor details: I was allergic to something in the bunk bed and woke up increasingly swollen every morning, which is very unusual, as I am not allergic. There seemed to be an issue with plumbing in my room - there was an unpleasant smell coming from the drain in the showers. You could faintly hear the bar at night which was two floors down, possibly through the window because all windows face the courtyard where people smoke and hang around.

  Liked: All the staff members I interacted with were super nice, the beds were comfortable and doors didnt make noise. Locations is also nice.

  Disliked: During my two day visit, the shared room was not cleaned. The toilet floor was dirty and the bathroom floor was constantly wet. Also the breakfast bufet seems to offer plenty of options, but the food was not really that good and coffee was the worst I had in a long time.

  Liked: The staff are the nicest people ive met, the location is incredible, i spent two days in Madrid and went to almost every single famous landmark on foot, the bed is comfortable

  Liked: Very nice staff. Easy to find. Efficient and comprehensive information. Lots of different areas for different activities - computer work, reading, relaxing, etc.

  Disliked: The link asking me to check in online before arrival didn't work. When the music in the hostel bar is too loud, people in the bedrooms can't sleep! It seems a little counterproductive to have the music too loud in the hostel's own bar.

Please note that towels are not provided. Guests can bring their own or rent them at the property.

Children can only be accommodated in the private rooms, not in the dormitories.
