  Great hotel in the heart of Madrid

  Liked: Very good Hotel in the centre of Madrid. Very good cleaning service! Nice junior suite in the 6th floor. Staff was very friendly.

  Great location but no bathroom door

  Liked: The location was excellent and an ideal base to explore the city

  Disliked: It would have been great to have known there was no door to the bathroom. I wouldn’t have booked it if I had none.

  Liked: nice staff. clean room. quite. comfortable and pleasant room.

  Disliked: I didn't like that the light in the bathroom turned on automatically. I didn't like that the Air conditioning is in Spanish and not English.

  Liked: Absolutely great location. The room was very spacious and clean. And they also provide a coffee machine. A/C worked great. The room was silent and peaceful. The lobby is a bit small, but the staff was very welcoming and fast. A bit on the pricey side, but the location is worth it.

  Fantastic stay

  Liked: Everything about this property was fantastic. Great location, clean and comfortable room, but what made it even better were the amazingly helpful and hospitable hotel staff.

  Liked: The location, cleanliness, the bed and staff

  Disliked: The bathroom was little bit small and coffee machine in the room was not working. It was replaced and than stopped working again.
