Comfortable room in the heart of Madrid

Liked: Very convenient location, at level 8 we had nice view of the palace.

Disliked: It appears they have some plumbing issues with the sewer. The sink plug was not working properly and there was a lingering smell of sewer. Considering that the sink was in the bedroom, this was a problem. The washing machine was very good, but quite far in another building.

really comfortable room in a great location. Palace view was beautiful

Liked: Great location. Room was so comfy and the view was fabulous. Great night sleep, the room was quiet and the bed was incredible. Loved the bathroom, great products in the room. Great breakfast with so much choice

Disliked: Frustrated that the information gave different times for the rooftop pool. We chose this hotel so we could access these facilities and looked forward to a dip as it was so hot, so we were frustrated that it was shutting an hour earlier than expected and opened later than we were expecting the day of our departure.
