Liked: The apartment is modern and the same as the photos. We were three persons and had a plenty of space. You will find everything you need. It’s clean, the location is good - you have a metro station 5 minutes by foot maybe and restaurants, supermarkets next to you. The hosts answered every question and give a clear instructions of how to open the doors. It’s important to have a battery on your phone, because this is your key! We loved it.

Disliked: The opening of the gate was slow and we have some difficulties there sometimes.

No encontramos ninguna escoba. Estaría bien que hubiera mejor iluminación.

  wonderful stay

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at the Tracia apartment, Madrid. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, and equipped with everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. We really appreciated how well organized and well maintained everything was, and all the necessary tools and amenities were provided. The location was also great for enjoying Madrid and exploring the city, with the metro line 5 very close by. We truly felt at home and had a fantastic experience overall 😊 My sister and I will definitely choose this apartment again for future trips to Madrid. Highly recommended!

  Great!

Liked: Lovely flat really spacious and with everything you could ask for. The underground is two minutes from the flat and so are the supermarkets bar restaurants anything you need.

Disliked: Just bear in mind that it’s not the centre of Madrid, it’s a working area with new buildings being undertaken, but it’s cheaper and really well connected.

Liked: Loved the design and the facilities, also the location.

Disliked: The check in experience was a bit hassled. The app wouldnt accept a mastercard to take the security deposit. There was no provision to deposit my large luggage until check in later which was a huge inconvenience.
