  Inexpensive and good location

  Liked: Location and price. However there were a number of other good points as well. The bed was quite comfortable and the kitchen was quite supplied with utensils. Theron worked well as did the washing machine. Thankfully there is a lift. The unit has the metro on its doorstep and a number of supermarkets and cafes. It’s also very secure. Even though the booking details stated no internet… there is.

  Disliked: It could get quite noisy. Some of the neighbours over the weekends especially, liked to talk very loudly. The shower recess needs replacing…very small and could be dangerous.

  No merece la pena

  Liked: El aire acondicionado funcionaba bien y había ascensor.

  Disliked: El alojamiento da a una calle grande, bastante concurrida, pero no tiene persianas, por lo que siempre hay algo de luz y las cortinas no tapan lo suficiente. Tienes que estar con el aire acondicionado puesto porque si abres las ventanas también hay mucho ruido. Además, el sitio tenía bastante polvo, sobre todo las sábanas. Si el alojamiento está un tiempo sin usarse, hay que volver a limpiarlo y cambiar la ropa de cama, aunque ya se haya hecho después del último huésped. Me dio un ataque de alergia tremendo. La ubicación tampoco es muy buena aunque eso ya lo sabía. Y es un alojamiento turístico sin licencia. Por otro lado, indiqué la hora de check in en la reserva, luego me enviaron un mensaje por Booking preguntando y volví a indicarlo, y después me escribieron por WhatsApp volviendo a preguntar lo mismo, todo esto para nada porque no había nadie esperando para el check in. Por último, el wifi tiene clave y no se me facilitó, por lo que no pude usarlo.

  Best location

  Liked: The best location - right next to metro stop. Getting to city center was so easy. Neighborhood has a good vibe, we felt safe and on work days the street is comparatively quiet. This is a perfect place if you need something simple for a good price. Also a little cute balcony with a view to the street. And an elevator to get to the right floor. Kitchen has a microwave, stovetop, pots and dishes - all in good condition.

  Disliked: something to consider - bed is not very wide, and shower too, so might not be suitable for bigger people. Also bring your earplugs, because you can hear neighbours quite well.

  Horrible experience and unreliable if you are with kids

  Disliked: We got a wrong room. With 2 kids - 4 months infant and 2 year toddler, we had 1 full bed and no help and were forced to sleep in that room for the night. When asked for help, no call was picked up and were getting text until 10 pm eventhough I booked room with 3 beds, all time was spent by owner to check my booking and disappear for the night. The day was closed saying they will give me suite next day once someone checks out eventhough I booked the same. Owner didn't have courtesy to apologize for this action and acted as if he was going favor until I sent proof of my booking that I booked 3 beds. Wrong room didn't even have single extra comforter and due to last moment even booking site support asked me to wait for owner to get back who must be having party somewhere in Madrid. Worst experience of my line and that to with 2 kids of this age.
