  Way overpriced for a such a low quality rental

  Liked: There was pretty much nothing to like in that property.

  Disliked: * well located is misleading at least, you are far from everything 30-40 public transport ride from the touristic center. Yes there is a bus stop a few minutes walk from the apartment but that won’t bring you to the center. And the actual suburb in which the apartment is located is totally uninteresting, it’s just a very cheap area of Madrid where immigrant live, thus cheap to own property… so makes sense. *Various damages such as: - broken main entrance door lock, had to spend between 30secs to 2mins (literally) jiggling the key in the lock to manage to open the door and enter the lobby. We weren’t the only ones, we saw the visitors from the other units also going crazy on the lock. One of them literally jumping of relief when we opened the door from the inside to get out. - bathroom drain or toilet plumbing. It constantly smelled like a mix of sewers backing up mixed with some nasty rotting animal corpse or something in these lines of flavors. No matter how many times we flushed the toilet or run the water down the drain, that foul smell never left, even with the bathroom door closed, we would smell it in the rest of the apartment. - fake AC machine, the actual AC had been disconnected and left on the wall and replaced by MASSIVE mobile air circulating machine with huge broken pipes, literally falling to pieces.. useless and insanely noisy, even during daytime you wouldn’t use it so noisy it is, let alone sleeping with this on. - broken window opening mechanism in the kitchen. Cockroaches coming in through. * they left one single towel for a booking of 2 guests. * equipped kitchen with basic necessities for cooking is a flat out lie. * no kitchen sponge or detergent or tea-towel * and literally the cheapest furniture they could get
