  The location is superlative, but it’s condition renders it seriously overpriced

  Liked: The location was outstanding, the host kind and generous, we appreciated the elevator and the security of the doorman.

  Disliked: There were light cleaning and maintenance issues and the bathroom is in dire need of a complete renovation.

  Liked: Very clean. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy to walk to museums and restaurants. Gloria Esteban concert on plaza while we were there was easy to see and listen to.

  Disliked: Not enough towels and no wash cloths.

  Disliked: The bathroom was disappointing—unclean tub, stained and damaged shower curtain, and visible mold in the tile grout. It’s clear the entire bath area is in need of a serious update.

  Liked: Location, the view, the kitchen, and the bed. Everything was excellent

  Disliked: The bathroom is inside the room, and the person who sleeps in the sofa bed should have to get into the main room.
