  Disliked: The morning staff lacked any tact in addressing our needs. They were very rude. All in all, I would never stay there again.

  Great location to explore Madrid

  Liked: Great location within walking distance of everything Madrid has best to offer and with plenty of food/drink options nearby. Super handy to common transports too. Very friendly staff, clean rooms and generous breakfast options.

  Disliked: Furnishings and decor a little dated, breakfast is served in a basement with no sunlight and the package is a little pricey for the room size but the location alone allow you to forgive most of these inconveniences.

  We were 100% satisfied with this hotel. If we return to Madrid, we would stay here again

  Liked: The location was ideal. It was within walking distance to many tourist attractions, in addition to restaurants and shopping. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast was excellent and a good value.

  Disliked: There was nothing that we were dissatisfied with.
