  I have visited this hotel repeatedly over the past few years, and I will come again

  Liked: The location and staff are all excellent or good.

  Disliked: The hotel's mindset and attitude regarding certain trivial matters are surprising. For instance, simply placing a few bottles of drinking water in the room each day would prevent guests from having to carry water bottles around and into the elevators. The cost of the water allocated per room daily is less than two euros, yet it could generate highly valuable feedback for the hotel.
