Liked: Location- very central- close to all plazas- great walk ability- restaurants and shopping near by -staff was amazing!

Disliked: Although the blackout curtains were great the lack of soundproofing was very evident as the hotel was situated on the plaza

  Great location and great service

Liked: Great hotel located right in front of Plaza de España and 1 minute walk away from Gran Vía. The staff was super friendly, the room impeccable, and the breakfast buffet quite rich and varied. I'd definitely stay here again!

Disliked: Some staff not so friendly and also the evening entertainment was quite boring not what we expected as seen on the website. Slow service on one of the days for breakfast this hotel is not good value for money.
