  Disliked: uncomfortable bed, on the ground floor, the door is open right on the street, need to keep the window with blinds all the day.

  After not having a proper sleep or rest for 5 days and being “forced” to give our passports and paent information on the

  Liked: It has everything you need for a short stay, it was clean and located near La Latina.

  Disliked: The apartment is literally on the street and every night there were people sitting in front of the door, drinking, talking. Next to the apartment there is a bakery that makes banging noise starting from 8am till closing time around 9pm. You must pay 20€ euro not refundable payment or give 300€ deposit and this has to be done through their website and payment outside of Booking.

  Liked: Every thing works. Clean and central with respect to location.

  Disliked: After you pay your booking, you are surprised with a maintenance contract without which you cannot gain access to your room. You have to either choose a refundable amount of €300 which they claim will be refundable some days on condition that nothing goes bad. (You don’t meet anyone physically to do an inventory. Later on it will be your word against theirs and you probably would have left the country. You may not get that refund) A non refundable €16 for wear and tear etc which I think is extortion. That should be covered in the lost of the room.

  excellent stay and highly recommend the cozy apartment

  Liked: Excellent location and really well kept apartment very close to amenities like a mart and an excellent bakery next door. The short walk up to the Palacio Real De Madrid and to Plaza Mayor for great to experience the city of Madrid. We enjoyed the walkway by the apartment and the waterway Manzanares as well.
