Liked: The apartment was really clean, the beds and mattresses super comfortable and very convenient to have two bathrooms. The heating was working properly & the showers had hot water the whole day.
Disliked: We expected the flat to have more natural light. Since it’s on the ground floor and the door opens on the sidewalk of the street, we didn't have a space to chill outside and no privacy if we had the shutters open. Regarding the location, it's a 20 min walk to plaza mayor but rather further from the nightlife and the vibrant center of Madrid (more than 40 mins walk). We had to unlock the door through a website by activating the Bluetooth and location. We expected to find the keys on the table but they weren't there. We had to communicate with the host to bring us one pair the next day. It would be nice to have some plastic bags for trash, some kitchen paper, and a small welcome treat (at least some coffee capsules or bottles of water).
Liked: It’s amazing Centrally located However the cleaning was going on till 5pm when check in was 3pm and then when we had to check out they knocked at 11 sharp. Apologising and getting away is not what customers need. Give them leverage as well then.

Liked: It was very clean. The space was exactly what I needed, nothing more nothing less. The price was competitive.
Disliked: If you have a car it's very hard to find parking.
