  Liked: Amazing location, good facilities.

Disliked: Very noisy, walls very thin you can hear every neighbour. No real windows to open.

Liked: The location is excellent and the apartment is clean. If you are staying for more days you have very good kitchen so you can cook in the apartment basics. Breakfast and diner very easy.

Disliked: We were there for 5 days nobody cleaned the apartment and no towel changing at all.

Disliked: We had an extremely bad experience with this accommodation in Madrid. At the time of booking, we clearly informed the host that our arrival time would be between 23:00 and 00:00, and we even arrived earlier than expected. Despite this, the host did not meet us or provide access to the apartment. When we contacted him, he refused to assist, stating that he is “not obliged to respond late at night,” even though our arrival time was clearly stated and agreed in advance. With the help of local people, we tried to access the accommodation, but without any success. As a result, we were left without accommodation with two small children on the street until after midnight, which was an extremely stressful and unacceptable situation. In addition, we still have not received a refund, even though the accommodation was fully paid and the service was not provided. We consider this behavior completely unprofessional and unacceptable, especially when traveling with a family and small children.

Fair apartment in a very good location

Liked: Very good location, close to the city center and also close to many parks and a metro station. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen.

Disliked: The bathroom was quite small and only a glass wall between bathroom and bedroom. Not too bad, but just to be aware. If you’re not with the family, could be a privacy discomfort.
