  Disliked: I had a 1500 euros+ room The first night the AC had a problem and the room temp fell to 16 degrees. Someone came at 3:00 AM to fix it and couldn’t He stopped it and brought a radiator The next morning the hotel told me it was fixed and offered me some chocolates:-)) and during the second night the same thing happened again The next day they gave me an upgrade for the last night and put me in a nicer suite. To be honest I do not think this is a way a 5 star hotel should treat clients. The second day the GM came to see me and started by being a bit arrogant and explained me that this is the first time such incident happened which I doubt. To cut a long story short its not how you expect to be treated in such a hotel
