  If not for the location it would be a lost vacation

  Liked: Ideal location

  Disliked: The room was way below expactations and standards for such a price. Very small bed, very poor lighting you can't see anything as the window is in only one corner, old hotel needs renovation.

  Adequate accommodation and a great location

  Liked: Although I was disappointed to find that there was no receptionist in the building, the receptionist in nearby Hotel la Victoria, connected with El Pasaje, was very helpful and the breakfast there was very good.

  Disliked: I would have preferred a receptionist in the building. The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning wasn't very effective. The signage was very poor, making it difficult to find. A large sign reading Windsor Hotel over the door was confusing; just a small notice reading El Pasaje was attached to the door. I understand changes are underway.

  Great locational close to puerto del sol
