  Great hotel and perfect for my stay

  Good location, friendly staff, and nice breakfast, but the hotel looks better in photos than in reality. The noisy doors

  Liked: The hotel has a good location, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the hotel looks much better in the photos than it does in reality. The room felt quite outdated, the doors were old and very noisy, and we could hear almost everything from outside. The bed was also uncomfortable, which affected our sleep. Overall, the experience was just average and didn’t fully meet our expectations.

  An incredible hotel that saved our holiday, I cannot recommend it highly enough

  Liked: This hotel is wonderful, and our stay was an absolutely amazing experience. The hotel itself is beautiful, and its hillside location offers stunning views over the bay from so many spots around the property — especially from our room. The room was thoughtfully furnished, with everything feeling fresh, modern, clean and comfortable. The highlight, however, was breakfast, served on a gorgeous terrace. Simply sitting there and enjoying the surroundings was a pleasure. There was a huge selection of food, all beautifully presented. You could order eggs cooked to your liking, have a smoothie made with your choice of fruit and vegetables, or enjoy yoghurt with an impressive variety of toppings. The pastries were delicious, the coffee was excellent, and there was a wide choice of other drinks. Even the wine and champagne were served from bottles rather than cartons — a welcome difference from our experience at some other hotels in Mallorca. The food in general was excellent. We often had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed everything we tried. Being able to order a protein shake and then head to the gym was another lovely touch. The pool area was wonderfully relaxing, with plenty of comfortable loungers and attractive parasols, all beautifully styled. There were two lovely pools to swim in, and the beach bar was another highlight: the staff were always smiling and made fantastic drinks. Our experience felt even more special because we had arrived after having to leave another hotel on the island. This hotel genuinely saved our holiday, and we are so grateful for the wonderful stay we had here. A tip for anyone booking: rooms at the end of the building, such as room 516, offer views of two bays at once. The scenery is breathtaking.
